We can offer databases of all companies incorporated in a jurisdiction or in a number of jurisdictions and keep it fresh through periodic uploads (or via automated API). These can be customized to features of your choice e.g. companies incorporated within the last 2 years in finance industry only.
We distinguish two types of database services
– data cleansing & enrichment and bulk B2B databases
Company data cleansing is based on deduplication and data enrichment with our fresh and reliable company data… It’s a simple drill you send us your data, we do the cleansing & enrichment work and you end up with a quality, accurate and enriched database.
Bulk B2B databases all companies incorporated in a given jurisdiction or a number of jurisdictions collected from an official register with full line of sight to the source (with an option of filtering by criteria of interest).

Use case - Deduplication
A large telecommunication company has over 2 million records on entrepreneurs, which is stored in several different databases. These records are incomplete and often duplicated, as they come from different teams and departments selling different products. Often, the data is dirty and out of date (especially addresses). On top of that customer service and sales struggle to identify the correct contact details of people they need to reach out to, which results in many mistakes and comes across as unprofessional.
Our cleansing service consisted of integrating various databases, removing errors in records and duplicates, overwriting missing information in empty fields, and updating obsolete information. In turn, the customer received one, consistent, current and clean database, which is a reliable source of data for sales.

Use case - Automatic verification of B2B Clients from the database
An international financial institution lacks resources to verify the data provided by their clients in timely manner (often 50,000 companies to be processed in 48h). Best case scenario is that it causes delays and frustration with the customers. Unfortunately in many cases it means business is lost to competition.
Today our client sends us a file with the names of all the flagged company names with tax identification numbers, and we add the necessary information in the Excel file – current VIES, historical information about the management, addresses, links to websites and financials. Sometimes we also provide a package of customers websites screenshots as additional KYC documentation.

Use case - The database of companies according to selected criteria
A professional services firm embarked on evaluating a number of companies as a service for its client. In order for the exercise to be accurate every company they looked at had to be benchmarked against a 100 other similar companies. In this case “similar” was defined as sharing a number of features like: exist on the market for a certain amount of years; have a certain number of changes filed with the national register; come from a certain geographical location; operate in a certain industry and have a certain amount of shared capital.
We added value by filtering our database according to the exact selected criteria indicated by the customer and delivered the complete database of entities. Among other data points we delivered supplementary information from financial statements, address data and domains.
