Excellent level of security of information systems, data processing and confidentiality are among top priorities at Transparent Data. With that in mind we constantly make effort to meet the highest industry standards in the form of ISO/IEC 27001:2017-06 certificates for Information Security Management System(ISMS). .
ISO/IEC 27001 is a set of rules and requirements that a company must fulfill in order to be able to say that it has a precise security system in all areas of its activity. This is not only about security for accounts and websites, threat and intrusion scenarios, backup servers or strict data security policies that apply to all without the exception of company employees. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard also defines the level of security of data sources used by the company and the continuous improvement of the independently assessed threat identification system. In other words, in order to be able to maintain the certificate, the company must take care of the safety standard every day throughout the year.
The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), being currently the world’s largest non-governmental organization setting business standards and by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), which is the most well-known global organization developing standards in the field of technology. Standards developed by both units form the basis of national standards as well as reference for contracts and international tenders.
What’s more, Transparent Data also maintains the Quality Management System in accordance with the international PN-EN 9001:2015 standard. It supports the continuous improvement of the quality of services provided through the improvement of its internal processes and methods of operation.

Transparent Data fully complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which went into force on the 25’th of May 2018 in all European Union countries. Our processes and standards monitored by an internal team created specifically with GDPR in mind are a guarantor of full security and confidentiality of the data.

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Polish Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), we would like to inform you that:
1) Personal data administrator
The personal data administrator is a natural or legal person, public body, unit or other entity that independently or jointly with others sets the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2) Data Protection Inspector
As we make every effort to ensure professional data protection and to confidentiality of the interests of our clients, we have appointed the Data Protection Supervisor. It is a person who informs and trains our employees in the area of duties resulting from the GDPR, a person who controls and secure processing of data by Transparent Data and mediates between persons whose data we process and the Data Administrator.

3) Purpose of processing personal data
We process your personal data in order to be able to send commercial information about our solutions and products. We do it only on the basis of your consent, which is the legal basis of Article 6 para. 1 lit. a general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016, the so-called RODO (GDPR in Poland Law).
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data results in the inability to participate in receiving marketing offers and commercial information from Transparent Data.
4) The time of personal data processing
Your personal data stored and processed by Transparent Data will remain in our database until you cancel your prior consent.
5) Rights of people whose personal data we process
- the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data,
- the right to rectify incorrect or incomplete data,
- the right to erasure them or restrict them,
- the right to withdraw consent,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Body, which is for Poland the General Inspector of Personal Data in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (after 25 May 2018 to the authority being the successor of GIODO) or your national Data Protection Authority (DPA).
7) Automated data processing and profiling
Please be advised that your data may be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Profiling takes place using such tools as: <cookies> (information about profiling rules: Cookies).
We ensure that profiling is undertaken in order to provide services of the best quality and for administrative, statistical and advertising purposes, which does not cause negative consequences for the person who is subject to profiling.

What are the cookies?

How can I manage or opt out of cookies?
