We read every application without exception and analyze how well it matches the profile of the candidate we are looking for. At this stage, we contact only selected people.

We arrange a telephone interview with selected candidates, during which we tell You more broadly about the company and the tasks that await You at this position. Later in the conversation You can expect some questions about Your experience and future plans. And here we and You tie the first threads of mutual understanding and check the consistency of our expectations from the employee-employer relationship.

The next stage of the recruitment process is a meeting with the Team Leader and a representative of our HR. We invite You to our office at Mickiewicza 27/5 in Jeżyce in Poznań for a good coffee or we arrange an online meeting with You. We talk more extensively about the ongoing projects and challenges of the position. We ask questions deepening Your experience, so as to check Your competencies. You can also ask us anything You want.
A job offer
We make a job offer to a selected person among those who were previously invited to the meeting. We define the details of joining our team - dates, documents and other administratively important issues. We inform the remaining candidates that the recruitment process is complete and thank them for their time. This takes a maximum of 2 weeks after the coffee meeting.
Company culture
At Transparent Data, we have three core values that drive who we are and how we operate:
An honest approach

Our teams
Wondering what Transparent Data looks like from the inside? Each of our teams revolves around slightly different tasks that, tied all together, give us a well-functioning machine:
Engineering
This is a team of developers who work on solutions for enterprise customers, maintaining applications with business information and SaaS platforms. What they do is - generally speaking - coding, coding and coding. Our developers put up APIs that can handle up to 10k req/sec, parse 250GB pdf files, import XML at 2-3GB each, integrate databases, implement machine learning solutions, even convert closed data into open.
Delivery
This department is primarily responsible for managing dedicated projects for large clients and preparing the ground for further work. They search for new sources of open data, deal with standardization of formats and the high quality of data for which our company is famous. They are distinguished by their fierce search for new solutions and their ability to solve logical puzzles.
Operations
All employee issues (recruitment, employee development, HR issues, placements and internships) and administrative matters (water on tap), accounting, operational processes and compliance (ISO/IEC and information security surveillance audits) occupy the heads of this very team, so that the rest of Transparent Data can come to work and have no worries.
Sales
The sales team spends its time finding new Polish and foreign customers and preparing offers, but because of our portfolio of dedicated solutions, they are not simply "salesmen." They spend most of their time advising our customers on matching the best solutions, feeling the "technology" and its power, dedicatedly collecting feedback from customers, tossing around ideas for new products, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
